The Crime Branch arrested Apoorva from the Tiwari’s residence in South Delhi. Rohit Shekhar Tiwari was the son of late UP and Uttarakhand CM ND Tiwari.
The Delhi Crime Branch had questioned Apoorva on 21 April, five days after her husband's death.
Tiwari, 40, died on Tuesday. It was believed that he died due to cardiac arrest. But the police on Friday said that he was probably smothered with a pillow.
