The initiatives, according to order, to be implemented by the task force include Rs 90,000 crores liquidity infusion to DISCOMS as a concessional loan offering by PFC & REC Limited; tariff policy reforms encompassing consumer rights, promotion of industry and sustainability of power sector and distribution reforms in power sector.
The lifting of restriction on communication comes after over two months of abrogation of Article 370, that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
Since today morning, relaxations on restrictions have been provided in areas under 35 police stations across the Valley.

During the meeting, Kansal was informed that the grievance web portal has received 20,352 complaints and grievances regarding 250 departments.
