The top court said it will pronounce its final judgement on the matter on October 23.
The temple was demolished by the Delhi Development Authority following the top court’s direction, which triggered massive protests by the Dalit community led by Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad in Delhi.
Arvind Kejriwal said demolition of the temple has caused "tremendous hurt" to the sentiments of crores of people as Sant Ravidas was a saint, revered not just by the Dalit community, but by all.
