Murmu who inaugurated two-day Conference of Governors at Rashtrapati Bhavan here said, "The change in our thinking was evident from the names of the laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam."
Rashtrapati Bhavan will auction selected gift items, presented to the President and former Presidents on various occasions, through an online portal called E-Upahaar.
Rashtrapati Bhavan, the office and the residence of the President of India, is a symbol of the nation, and an invaluable heritage of the people. Continuous efforts are being made to make it more accessible to people.

The categories are Innovation; Research in (a) Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, (b) Physical Sciences and (c) Biological Sciences; and Technology Development.
The Indira Gandhi Art Centre will be shifted to a new building in Jamnagar House, and the National Museum will move to the North or South Block.
