National Investigation Agency (NIA) probing the Ram Navami violence in Howrah and Hooghly districts of West Bengal, on Wednesday, sought from the state police all the documents, including copies of the FIRs, related to the case.
The MHA's move came after West Bengal BJP chief wrote his second letter to Home Minister Amit Shah seeking his immediate intervention.
Hindu Front for Justice-Trust has also sought directions to the State governments to comply with the guidelines issued by 6the top court in Tahseen Poonawalla case to curb hate speech and crimes.
