Singh will inaugurate the Siyom Bridge near Boleng in Siang district and also virtually inaugurate 27 projects of the Border Roads Organisation.
The Defence Minister said he had initially thought of skipping the programme and rushing to New Delhi after hearing the news of the demise of the PM’s mother.
