Nominations of 10 contestants -Independents and local parties- were rejected on Monday during scrutiny for seven assembly segments of Rajasthan that will go to polls in bye elections on November 13.
Subhash Tambolia, who left the Congress and joined the BJP, is now in a triangular contest with BAP's Jaikrishna Patel, and Congress' Kapoor Singh.
Ten rounds of counting have been completed in Vallabhnagar, with 13 more to go.
Voting will be held on October 30 and counting of votes will take place on November 2.
