"During the Bharat Jodo Yatra, many people joined the party and mostly the common people of the country," Kumar said.
"PM Modi's wrong policies like demonetisation, GST, have broken small businesses, farmers who were the backbone of employment. The truth of India is that the country cannot give employment to its youth," he said.
The yatra, which has already covered parts of Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana will now enter Maharashtra on Monday evening at Madnur Naka in Degloor of Nanded district.
Rahul Gandhi had started Bharat Jodo Yatra on September 7 from Kanyakumari to unite people and 'stand up to the hatred and violence being spread by the BJP and RSS.
