Both the gangsters identified as Rajeshwar Kumar and Deepak Vaid alias Babu were arrested by the Jalandhar Commissionerate Police on Tuesday, after their name cropped up during follow-up investigations in the Arms Act case registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp on October 17, 2024.
Those arrested have been identified as Gurpreet Singh, Prince, Ravinder Singh, Sukhchain Singh, Akshay, and Rajbeer Singh, all residents of Ferozepur.

Along with live ammunition, two stolen motorcycles, a Hyundai I-20 car, and four handguns—three of which were country-made and one in 9mm Glock—police teams have also seized these items
The police recovered four pistols from the possession of the arrested accused.
