In a path-breaking initiative, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Wednesday asked the officers to organise a special ‘Kisan Milni’ at Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, on April 12 to sensitise the farmers regarding cultivation of paddy.
The Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is continuously working to enhance the early education and overall development of children in the state.
Providing further details, Dr Kaur stated that a budget of ₹100 crore has been allocated for the construction of these 1,000 anganwadi centres. She added that the cost of constructing each anganwadi centre would be ₹10 lakh.
