1040 police personnel will be conferred with gallantry award on R-Day; 108 from J-K Police

For the second-highest honour for valour – Police Medal for Gallantry, for which 286 police personnel are listed, a total of 105 personnel from Jammu and Kashmir Police and 75 from CRPF will receive the medal.
