As per the guidelines, a maximum of 1,000 voters can be present at any polling booth at a time, and every voter's body temperature will be checked before the person is allowed to enter the booth.

“We have had to face many challenges while dealing with the Corona Pandemic, but with the support of all sections of society, we shall soon overcome this crisis,” the CM said while addressing the meeting.
Congress General Secretary UP (East) also accused the state government of being concerned about who leaked the information rather than go behind the scam.
On the BJP leader's earlier claim that the AAP government’s 'massive ego' has stopped them from accepting funds from him, Kejriwal had stated that money was not the problem right now but the unavailability of PPE kits.
This was in response to cricketer-turned BJP leader's claim that the AAP government's 'massive ego' has stopped the leaders from accepting funds from him.
"We have put 5 lakh people on community surveillance and so far we have screened 15 lakh people and tested some 42000 people in 125 government labs but only those who were exhibiting symptoms," he said.
