The case involves a security breach that occurred on December 13 in which two youths stormed in the Lok Sabha chamber during Zero Hour setting off smoke cans and raising slogans.
On Thursday, Mahesh Kumawat and Lalit Jha had reached Kartavya Path police station and surrendered.
While two of the accused had set off smoke canisters in the Lok Sabha, the remaining two protested outside parliament.
The police, in their custody application, said that they wanted to conduct a detailed investigation on the sources of Dominic's income and the source of explosive materials used for the explosion.
After a video of the same went viral, the police swung into action and arrested 4 people, including the main accused.
This comes after the Special Investigation Team filed an application in the court seeking remand for questioning for all three accused.
At around 10:30 pm, when both of them were being taken to Colvin Hospital for routine medical checkup, two miscreants came on and fired rapidly.
