UGC makes changes in draft UG, PG degrees

The University Grant Commission (UGC) on Thursday released a notification titled Draft UGC (Minimum Standards of Instructions in the Award of UG and PG Degrees) making major changes like biannual admissions, provisions of multiple entry and exit, flexibility for students, minimum attendance requirements etc.
