There was a heated confrontation between Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi ahead of the team's final home game against Toulouse on Sunday.

Galtier, who left Nice last month after guiding them to fifth in Ligue 1 and a runner-up finish in the French Cup last season, has signed a two-year deal until the summer of 2024 with PSG.

The 34-year-old Argentina star is set to agree to a two-year contract with the option for a further season and is set to earn around 35 million euros ($41 million) net annually.
PSG coach Thomas Tuchel said on Friday that "he's available for tomorrow and ready to play."
