The Centre has extended invitations to approximately 10,000 special guests to attend the 76th Republic Day Parade on January 26 at Kartavya Path here.

To commemorate the successful completion of the rigorous training program for Air Force Special Forces operatives of the elite ‘Garud’ force, a Maroon Beret Ceremonial Parade was conducted today at the Garud Regimental Training Centre.
The visit will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the India-France Strategic Partnership.

For the first time, now India will begin Republic Day celebrations from January 23 instead of January 24, to include the birth anniversary of late freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
