At the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) meeting in Goa, the external affairs minister warned member nations of the grouping that taking their eyes off the menace would be detrimental to their own security interests.
The decision was taken during the Army Commanders Conference held in the third week of this month headed by Army Chief Gen Manoj Pande.
The move came days after the court issued non-bailable warrants against 13 other active terrorists of Kishtwar who are also operating from Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Jammu & Kashmir (POJK).

The ambitious CPEC is a 3,000- km-long route of infrastructure projects connecting the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and the Gwadar port in Pakistan’s western province of Balochistan. India has protested to China against the project not the least because it is being laid through Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK). As CPEC enters its second phase, it will be riveted to industrialisation and the development of economic zones in what appears to be a paradigm shift.
