An abandoned, multi-storey building collapsed in Bhajanpura area of east Delhi on Wednesday, officials said, adding that no casualty has been reported in the incident.

According to the Delhi Fire Service department, the incident happened after a piece of furniture on the first floor of a restaurant caught fire.
Since the banks in the building were closed today, there was not much activity, leading to less rush of people in the building.
The fire started from a meter board of the building.
