The finance minister was speaking at the inauguration of the first PG Certificate Course on International Commercial & Investment Treaty Arbitration in New Delhi.
Coming out as a response to the opposition claims that the Budget favoured Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled states, especially poll-bound Bihar, she said no state had been neglected under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
Parliament was adjourned on Thursday and will reconvene on March 10, in the second and final half of the Budget session.

Sitharaman is leading an Indian delegation to attend the 56th Annual General Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank.
The leaders will arrive in various places of North and South Karnataka to campaign for the May 10 Assembly polls.
Certain methods used by Western economies during the Covid-19 pandemic caused global economic stress as an after-effect, said Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday.
