The finance minister was speaking at the inauguration of the first PG Certificate Course on International Commercial & Investment Treaty Arbitration in New Delhi.
Coming out as a response to the opposition claims that the Budget favoured Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled states, especially poll-bound Bihar, she said no state had been neglected under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
Parliament was adjourned on Thursday and will reconvene on March 10, in the second and final half of the Budget session.

She also said that in 10 years, the UPA was unable to achieve political consensus on GST.
Sitharaman termed Chidambaram "arithmetic inevitability" remarks as "misleading" and explained her rationale.
