The lot size has been reduced to 50 from the existing 75, NSE said in a circular on Wednesday.

As of 1225 Hrs, the Sensex traded 305.06 points or 0.75 per cent higher at 40771.35 and the NSE Nifty 50 index was up 84 points or 0.70 per cent at 12,204.
The exclusion of IndiaBulls Housing Finance will take effect from September 27.
A sharp fall in crude oil prices along with continuous foreign fund inflows helped the major indices -- Sensex and Nifty -- to gain over 0.50 per cent each on Wednesday.
In the BSE Sensex, 18 stocks, including Coal India, NTPC, were trading in red while 10 stocks including Yes Bank and ITC were trading in green.
