Union Minister of Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan, while delivering the valedictory address at the conference, touched upon the role of technology as an enabler as well as a disruptor in society and the economy.
“As students of IIM Sambalpur as you embark on your life’s journey, you will not only become responsible citizens of the country but also leaders of tomorrow”, Dharmendra Pradhan.
The new National Education Policy (NEP) launched in the second half of 2020 aims at overhauling India’s education system, but the prevailing pandemic situation has turned the academic calendar topsy-turvy. It is time to review how far the NEP can be made relevant to the new normal in education.
Speaking to The Statesman, Mr Sushil Kumar Sinha said that the examinations for the first session will be conducted on 23,24,25,26 February, second session on 15,16,17,18 March, third session on 27,28,29,30 April and fourth session on 24,25,26,27, 28 May.
He also directed for submitting its final draft till 15th February next year during an interaction with Vice Chancellors on NEP and its implementation through video-conference from Raj Bhavan.
