Several orders including from Supreme Court of South Africa were placed by him seeking transfer of the Narada case.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the state does not want that the court should hear the merit of the case.
“The slackening of the CBI’s alacrity after chief minister, Mamata Banerjee’s successive meetings with Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Union home minister, Amit Shah will be an essential part of our protest,” Khan said.
