The accused, during interrogation, disclosed that the contract was given to them to kill both Baba Siddique and his son Zeeshan.
According to sources, the Mumbai police suspect that the man, belonging to Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh, is also involved in the killing.
Mumbai Police on Sunday morning shifted the body of slain NCP leader Baba Siddique from Lilavati Hospital to Cooper Hospital, located approximately 8 kilometers away, where doctors will conduct the post-mortem examination.

A Bollywood casting director and fitness trainer, Sayyed had accused Kangana and Rangoli of defaming the film industry, portraying the people working in it in a bad light with claims of nepotism, drug addiction, communal bias, attempting to drive a wedge between artistes of different communities, calling them murderers, insulting religions, etc, on social media and through public statements.
The accused, identified as Vibhor Anand, who claims to be an advocate has been brought to Mumbai and his Twitter account has been suspended for violating the social media platform’s guidelines.

Cyber Cell Deputy Commissioner of Police Rashmi Karandikar said that several social media account holders are trolling the Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook using abusive language against him and the police force.
