Speaking on the issue of Article 370 which was scrapped on August 5, 2019, by the Centre, Tewari said that the matter is subjudice in front of the Supreme Court and the matter will be taken up on October 31 for a hearing.
The Congress president is scheduled to file his papers at 10.30 am after a roadshow
