Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj inaugurated two newly-built Mohalla Clinics in the Moti Nagar assembly constituency area on Tuesday increasing the number of such clinics across the city to 545.
There are allegations that Mohalla Clinics prescribed "fake tests" on "ghost patients" to benefit private labs.
During a review meeting with Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, PWD and Health Department officials said the construction work of most of the hospitals will be completed by the end of this year, whereas others will be completed by the mid 2023.
