In a post on X, he said: “Through the election campaign, people across India added 'Modi Ka Parivar' to their social media as a mark of affection towards me. I derived a lot of strength from it.”
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also honoured Prime Minister Narendra Modi by presenting him with a patka, symbolising respect for him.
The community members took 'Har Baar, Modi Ka Parivar' pledge to support the Prime Minister in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Previously, in 2019, following the Prime Minister's "Chowkidar" slogan, BJP leaders, as well as members of the general public, had appended "Main Bhi Chowkidar" to their names.
Earlier, Modi said that 140 crore Indians were his family.
