Meanwhile, a Kolkata airport official said, the airport is clocking high footfall with several international flights.
The domestic air travel though has been placed under restrictions, the airport lately witnessed increase in international flights mainly from Middle East.
These flights have transported around 463.15 tons of supplies covering an aerial distance of over 2,73,275 km till date.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation order dated June 7 said, "The ASF for domestic passengers will be levied at the rate of Rs 150 per embarking passenger."
