Warning the Eknath Shinde government, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray on Monday said, "Our people will stand at toll booths and will not allow tolls to be paid."
MNS leader Bala Nandgaonkar met Home Minister Dilip Walse-Patil and apprised him of the alleged threats -- coming reportedly from some Muslim organisations -- being received by Raj Thackeray and himself.
Raj Thackeray has warned that the MNS workers will play Hanuman Chalisa on loudspeakers.

This is the MNS' first public show of strength after it donned a new 'avatar' on January 23, with a new flag, symbol, 'Hindutva' agenda and right-wing direction.
The Sena also took a dig at Raj Thackeray over his ideological shift towards Hindutva saying that dealing with the Hindutva ideology as propagated by VD Savarkar and late party founder Balasaheb Thackeray was not a child's play.
The MNS chief said his party will take out a huge rally on February 9 to drive illegal infiltrators, from Pakistan and Bangladesh, out of India.
According to a party official, Raj Thackeray plans to attend the oath-taking ceremony but it was not clear whether he would go alone or with his family.
