The actor took to his Instagram handle to share a couple of pictures on social media from Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace.
"I think my first takeaway is that women of all ages must continue to practice yoga. Intensities can vary but the important thing to do is be consistent. That's my biggest takeaway."
Shahid and Mira often share adorable pictures and posts of each other on their official social media handles.
The couple also attended one of the big Diwali parties in Bollywood.
"My personal journey with fitness and wellness began over 2 decades ago when I was a fresh-faced teenager," Shahid said in a statement.
