US President Joe Biden has held crisis talks on a potential Iranian counterattack on Israel as his administration said it was working around the clock to avoid all-out war in the Middle East.
It was decided by the both sides during the 2nd India Japan Consultations on Middle East/ West Asia region which was held in New Delhi.
India at the United Nations has reiterated its call for an immediate and complete ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and called for the release of the hostages without any conditions.

From the UAE’s perspective, the deal formalises what one observer has called “dating on the quiet” for the two countries over recent years had found common ground in the threat they perceived from Iran and in other shared regional perceptions. In the past decade or so, there has been a thaw in relations between the two countries, with some significant visits to the UAE by Israeli government functionaries.
