Modi has already expressed his desire to visit Tungipara, where the 'Bangabandhu' lies buried and the visit has been scheduled for March 27 after necessary security clearance arrangements by both Indian and Bangladesh security agencies.
On 30 January, Shah will visit the ISKCON temple and offer his prayers at Mayapur Chandrodaya temple. A few hundreds of temples of the Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu are located at Mayapur, Nawadip and several areas of Nadia.

It has been learnt from a senior BJP leader that Mr Shah will address a huge gathering at Thakurnagor under Bongaon Parliamentary constituency, which is dominated by the Matua community and he is expected to address the crucial issue of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) during the meeting.
Matua populace, a Dalit community in Bengal, were often considered close to Banerjee ever since she became the Chief Minister in 2011.
Matua community matriarch Binapani Devi, also known as Boroma, is 102 years old and has not been keeping well.
"The land has been identified and given to the Education Department for constructing the university," she added.
