Bayern Munich will pay an initial £59.5m (EUR70m) plus a further £8.5m (EUR10m) in add-ons for Matthijs de Ligt, who is expected to sign a five-year contract until the summer of 2027.
The star striker continued his goal-scoring streak on Sunday.
De Ligt signed a five-year contract with Juventus in 2019 leaving Ajax, however, teams like Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain were also in the race for the 20-year-old.
The centre-back will become the fifth player from the Netherlands to put on the Juventus jersey, following Ouasim Bouy, Eljero Elia, Edwin van der Sar, and of course, the iconic Edgar Davids.
