Finally breaking his silence, Trinamool Congress’ General Secretary and Lok Sabha member Abhishek Banerjee gave his message on the occasion of the party’s annual Martyr’s Day programme in Kolkata on Sunday calling for the continued movement against the anti-Bengal forces.
In fact, July 21 is etched in the memory of the Trinamool leaders who were part of the processions which took place that day twenty years ago, in 1993.

Seeking fulsome support of people to realise the dreams of Shaheed-e-Aazam Bhagat Singh, the Chief Minister said the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government is committed to cherish the aspirations of Bhagat Singh and carve out a harmonious and egalitarian society
"Today one of our workers was killed in Raiganj and they tied a TMC flag in his mouth. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is trying to create fear among BJP workers in which she will not succeed," said Dilip Ghosh.
