Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters here, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said the Enforcement Directorate (ED), in its supplementary charge sheet in the Delhi Excise Policy case, has named the Aam Aadmi Party as the accused number 38.
The BJP MP vehemently denied that there was a shortage of water in the national capital.

The BJP MP's remark came barely hours after the AAP alleged that the central government was "conspiring to kill" its leaders.
"With the MCD and Gujarat Assembly elections coming up, it is clear that Manoj Tiwari and BJP are aware and may be planning a conspiracy to kill Arvind Kejriwal", the party has said in the complaint letter to State EC.
Tiwari highlighted that as the festival is also known as the festival of cleanliness, it was absolutely wrong to ban the puja on the ghats.
The AAP Minister, who was seen along with a thousand others at the event, can be heard taking an oath, saying, "I shall have no faith in Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara, nor shall I worship them".
Tiwari is under home isolation and has asked people who came in his contact in the last few days to get themselves tested.
