Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters here, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said the Enforcement Directorate (ED), in its supplementary charge sheet in the Delhi Excise Policy case, has named the Aam Aadmi Party as the accused number 38.
The BJP MP vehemently denied that there was a shortage of water in the national capital.

To know the progress of Delhi Dehradun Expressway being built at a cost of about Rs 5,000 crore, Tiwari inspected the construction work of elevated road with officials.
Further slamming the Delhi Chief Minister, Tiwari, the sitting MP from the same constituency said, "Public work is not done by correspondence on empty Twitter, if you have even a little shame left, then come on an inspection tour to my area in the next 24 hours, otherwise I will myself show what bad condition you have done to Delhi."
BJP leader Manoj Tiwari also reminded Arvind Kejriwal of his 2012 promise of putting Congress leaders in jail.
