Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters here, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said the Enforcement Directorate (ED), in its supplementary charge sheet in the Delhi Excise Policy case, has named the Aam Aadmi Party as the accused number 38.
The BJP MP vehemently denied that there was a shortage of water in the national capital.
Instead of implementing rainwater harvesting technique to help the people over the water crisis, Chief Minister Kejriwal is levelling false allegations against the Centre, the BJP MP alleged.
Voting for seven parliamentary seats, including North East Delhi constituency in Delhi, was held in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha polls on 25th May.
As voting for all the seven Lok Sabha seats commenced in the national capital, BJP candidate Manoj Tiwari said, "Today is a very prestigious day. Again to elect Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the people of Delhi are out."
Voting for the seven parliamentary constituencies including North East Delhi seat is scheduled to take place on 25th May in the sixth phase of the general elections.
Tiwari said that granting bail is court's decision but that doesn't mean he has been acquitted in the case.
Kejriwal is in the custody of the Enforcement Directorate in a Delhi excise policy money laundering case.
Tiwari raised questions about the legitimacy of the order issued by Kejriwal to address water and sewage issues in the city.
