Sisodia, the AAP nominee from Jangpura Assembly constituency, made the statement after inaugurating his election office in Hari Nagar Ashram.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed a plea filed by senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia seeking relaxation of the bail condition requiring him to report to the Investigating Officer semi-weekly.
Former deputy chief minister has been moved to Jangpura constituency and the AAP has fielded educationist Awadh Ojha, who recently joined the party from the said seat. Sisodia has represented this constituency thrice.
Sisodia has been shifted to the Jangpura constituency, while Patparganj, his previous stronghold, has been assigned to Awadh Ojha.
Singh said that earlier also CBI had conducted raids at several locations related to Manish Sisodia but they had found nothing.
Last year in August, CBI conducted a search operation at Sisodia's Punjab National Bank locker in connection with Delhi Excise Policy case.
Aam Aadmi Party, which won the MCD polls, with 134 seats has fielded two candidates - Shelly Oberoi along with Ashu Thakur.
Manish Sisodia said strengthening education system was priority of the Delhi Government with excellent and world-class school infrastructure.
The Delhi chief minister said, "All councillors should do such a wonderful job in the next five years that the public faith in us becomes stronger."
