The police have received complaints from several women of frauds committed on them on the pretext of marriage through a matrimonial site.
According to police, the accused used to pressurise women through different means to engage in obscene acts over the phone in case they replied to the messages sent by him.
The man was arrested on "suspicion of forcible obstruction of business" after he threw "what appeared to be a smoke bomb" CNN said city Kyodo News.
Earlier this week, a 27-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in a closed MCD school and was identified by his yellow shirt, said Delhi police.
During his initial interrogation, Kamlesh admitted to the police that he had hidden three more cartoons in an abandoned house in a nearby residential area.
The man was arrested shortly after the incident and was charged with criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct.
