Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday alleged that the BJP, fearing its defeat in the upcoming Delhi assembly polls after the announcement of the women's welfare Mahila Samman scheme and the Sanjeevani Yojna, is trying to stop the same.
Aam Aadmi Party (AA) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, alongside Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, launched a registration drive for “Mahila Samman Yojana” from East Kidwai Nagar market in South Delhi on Monday.
Ahead of the assembly elections, the Delhi cabinet, on Thursday, approved the ‘Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana’ with a provision for a monthly stipend of Rs 1,000 per month to all eligible women in the city.
