Crime Branch of the Delhi Police claimed to have apprehended a youthinvolved in 17 murder cases, extortion, burglary and attempt to murderfrom Mumbra, Thane, Maharashtra, an official said on Wednesday.
According to the police, the accident occurred at around 1.30 pm near Narora village on national highway number 30.
