Lading the All Party Hurriyat Conference (APHC) in paying homage to Mirwaiz Moulvi Farooq and Abdul Gani Lone, the assassinated separatist leaders, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, on Tuesday, called for a dialogue among the stakeholders on the Kashmir issue.
He maintained that in the last three years, disempowerment of the inhabitants of J&K has become a continuous process and is achieved incrementally with unfailing frequency and per se this seems to be yet again an unholy addition.
Lone said the process of disempowerment started on 5 August 2019 when Article 370 was abrogated refuses to abate. Rarely a day passes when there is not some sort of law aimed at belittling Kashmiris, humiliating them and further disempowering them.
