Earlier, Kavitha was arrested by the CBI from Tihar jail on April 11 and remanded to the probe agency's custody till April 15.

The Delhi High Court had rejected his plea challenging ED arrest in the liqour policy linked money laundering case.
Her regular bail application is pending before a Delhi court and the matter will be heard on April 20.
The ED has sought a seven-day extension of Kejriwal's remand custody.
The high court has given time to the ED till April 2 to file its reply to the Delhi CM's application seeking immediate release from ED custody as also on the main petition.
Reacting to the development, the BJP has called Kejriwal a "highly corrupt leader" and asked if he would still keep running away from the investigation.
Senior AAP leader and Delhi Minister Atishi, while addressing a press conference here said that the party will inform the court as to why Delhi CM skipped the five summons issued by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), and also he refrained from appearing before the probe agency.
Kejriwal has so far skipped the previous three summons that were sent to him by the agency, since October last year.
