Capt: Memorial to honour soldiers of Saragarhi battle by next year

After paying obeisance in Gurdwara Saragarhi during the state-level martyrdom day function, the CM went to Barki Square to pay floral tributes to the great martyrs who laid down their lives in the Indo-Pak war.
