The administration of Ladakh Union Territory, on Tuesday, instructed the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), Powergrid, and the Defence Institute of High Altitude Research (DIHAR) to formalize an action plan for developing a livestock grazing-friendly pilot solar project in Pang area.
