A Division Bench comprising the Kerala High Court initiated the suo motu proceedings and has sought report from the Police Department and the Motor Vehicles Department on the accident.
KSRTC on Tuesday moved the High Court seeking compensation from the PFI for the damages caused to its buses during the hartal as many protestors engaged in stone pelting and other destructive acts.
