Zilla Parishad's Agricultural Karmadhyaksha, Mohammed Ismail said: "I've received a complaint from the family about this and forwarded the matter to Agriculture department." That too was three months ago, still the family was yet to get a remedy.
Miss Banerjee has already increased allotment for this scheme in the budget.
The scheme has received good feedback and a total of 35,74,445 farmers received aid amounting to a total of Rs 478.37 crore under the scheme's ‘assured income’ initiative till 9 September.
