It is the duty of every government to ensure that welfare schemes reach every citizen, but going by AAP chief’s tone he is posing as if he was doing a “charity”, the Delhi BJP chief pointed out.

"Children of farmers of the country can also get as good an education as the children of industrialists and tycoons," the Delhi CM said while launching the AAP campaign in Rajasthan.
