It is the duty of every government to ensure that welfare schemes reach every citizen, but going by AAP chief’s tone he is posing as if he was doing a “charity”, the Delhi BJP chief pointed out.
Addressing a press conference here, senior leader Dr Daljit Singh Cheema said the AAP had come to power in the State on the promise of eradicating the drug menace within one month.
