The statement of the Delhi Congress chief came after Delhi Minister and senior AAP leader Atishi accused the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) of conspiring to keep Kejriwal in jail.
Singh, who is AAP MP in Rajya Sabha, also claimed that Kejriwal lost 8.5 kg weight in jail and added that is a sign of serious illness.
AAP leader Sandeep Pathak alleged that the BJP-led Central government is misusing all the federal probe agencies for its political purposes.
Hearing Kejriwal's plea, Justice Khanna said that first there should be attachment - then offense - then finding in the offense.
AAP ministers, MPs and MLAs will administer the oath to the people in these meetings.
The BJP national spokesperson further said dismissing Kejriwal's plea against arrest, the Court asserted that it is bound by law, and not by political considerations.
The Union minister said the AAP chief's continuation as chief minister behind bars is an "exercise in shamelessness".
AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said that the party did not agree with the HC's decision and will challenge the order that dismissed Delhi CM's plea against his arrest.
The court said there was no contravention of legal provisions regarding the arrest.
Kejriwal, who was arrested by the ED on March 21, was sent to judicial custody till April 15 and is lodged in Tihar Jail.
